Information We Collect

The app stores your training results, workout history, preferences, and progress data so it can provide your training plan. Best-IO does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

Apple Health

If you enable Apple Health Sync, the app may read or write workout information with your permission. Health data is used only for the features you enable and is never used for advertising.

iCloud Backup

If you enable iCloud Backup, app data may be stored in your personal iCloud account. Apple manages that storage under your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Best-IO receives transaction status needed to unlock purchased features but does not receive your payment card details.

Third-party Services

The app may use Apple platform services required for distribution, purchases, Health access, and iCloud. Their handling of data is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
